Tony MaDirector After working in a different jobs at his beginning months here in Toronto, he quickly realized that real estate sales could be another field he would like to be in. He finished all of the required real estate exams and successfully got his license in a few months. At the end of his first year in real estate, he had been the top salesperson in the brokerage. He served many communities, including Chinese, South-East Asia and local Canadians. He had won Top 10 agent, Chairman Award and #1 team in HomeLife Canada. In 2004 Tony Ma started his own company - HomeLife Landmark Realty Inc., Brokerage. Though with only 5 salespersons to start, he knew what agents wants and needs. He focused on regular training and coaching right from the beginning. He held weekly training sessions to help his agent team. He invited new agents to join his regular training and seminar. All of these helped him a lot on recruiting and maintaining his sales team. Over the years Tony had developed strong networking with many organizations and investor groups both here in Toronto and also back in home country-China. With such abundant clients and investors of solid financing background and diverse interest, his sales team has successfully helped many builders/developers sold thousands of condo units every year. His agents’ team also gained trust and recognition from many profound builders/developers in the GTA area like Tridel, Concord, Monarch, etc. Tony and his team have won their title of VIP and internal brokers from many builder/developers. They had sold many famous condos and pre-construction projects, which in turn get his agents and clients the advanced investment opportunities and solid profits. Tony Ma also holds training class to help people write real estate licensing exams. In the past years he has trained hundreds of people to pass their license and to practice in real estate. Tony Ma has successfully attracted more than 400 salespersons and brokers in his own brokerage. His brokerage has continuously been one of the top producing offices in Greater Toronto Area in the past years. Field of practice: Residential properties, commercial properties, property management, Leasing and sales, land development, etc. Charity Work: Tony Ma has actively involved with many disaster relief events. 2008 Tony Ma had donated $8,000 to the WenChun Earthquake in SiChuan, China.
