Ricky Chan is a graduate of the McGill University of Montreal with a Bachelor Degree of Commerce concentrated in Accounting.

Currently Mr. Chan is the Managing Director with Maison Asia who specialized in Investment banking work in the Greater China Region, also Maison Asia is an affiliate of Maison Placement Canada Inc.

Mr. Chan starts his career as an investment advisor with Richardson Greenshield of Hong Kong 19 years ago. Since immigrated back to Canada in 1988, he has worked with a number US and Canadian bank own brokerage firms in various capacities including senior management responsibility. In the last five years. Mr.Chan has been focusing on pre IPO and small cap financing for environmental and technology related companies. With the increasing appetite for Chinese based growth companies in the Canadian Capital Market, Mr. Chan has successfully raised early round financing with a number of Chinese based TSX Venture listings in the past.

Also Mr. Chan is the President of Pacific Power Intl of Richmond Hill, a business development company specialized in assisting small medium size Canadian companies interested in exploring the vast market potential of China.

Mr. Chan is active with the community works; he was the past Vice Chair for the York Region Police Services Board and the Past President for the Richmond Hill and Markham Chinese Business Association, and a Foundation Board member with the Markham Stouffville Hospital.
