Matthew Lyn went back to Jaimaca from Hong Kong to pursue business opportunities throughout the Caribbean. Imported dry goods from Hong Kong, Taiwan & China. Educated in Hong Kong and Jaimaca, his business acumen led him into Real Estate industry. By 1972 Matthew was a commercial, office and industrial developer, as well as speculator and investor in the Greater Toronto area, Ontario, Canada.

From 1993 - 2004 he was the Senior Commercial and Residential project development consultant in Living Realty Inc. From 2004 to now he is the Senior Vice President and Senior Consultant for commercial and residential project development for Visar Group of Companies.

His voluntary interests lie with the Toronto Cathay Lions Club, since 1990, as V.P., Treasurer and served a term as President, 1998-1999; Tsung Tsin (HAKKAR) Association in Ontario, an association dedicated to retaining and educating it's membership on their since 1984, as a founding director, Honorary Life President; President 2005-2009; and RHMCBA as a charter director and past V.P.

Matthew thrives on helping people and their communities. He often works on several events simultaneously, while carrying on with his business duties as well. He enjoys meeting new people and business development.
