David graduted from University in 1975 and had 8 years of Management Accounting experience with one of the largest company in Hong Kong.

Immigrated to Canada in 1984 with his family and started the financial career mainly in managing and agency building with Insurance companies. In 2000, David started his own brokerage company, Torce Financial Group mainly marketing and distributing products in the Insurance and Wealth Management industry. At current the companyhave over 1000 brokers associate with us in five offices located in Toronto, Vancouver and Hong Kong. The company's mission is ' To prepare our clients financially to meet the Business Opportunities'  so we can ' Grow Together'.
 
David has two God gifted daughters in our family and together with my lovely wife Pamela ,they four create a happy family located in North York area in Toronto. They are very supportive to his business as well as his community involvements in the financial planning, charity and social functions. They do a lot of travelling every year and they enjoy dinning and shopping in different cities around the world.

David joined Richmond Hill and Markham Chinese Business Association in 1999 as a director with the primary objective to promote and explore business opportunity to our members in these areas. This year 2005 is his term to be the president with the mandate to carry the association to another level in terms of membership growth and to enhance the Association Mission and Objectives of providing more resourses and business assistance to help our member's to grow their businesses.
