 President (since 2004), Universal Environmental Corporation (d/b as Enviro-Tech, supplier of water and air purification equipment, consultant for Healthy Home design, and building R-2000 energy efficient structures.)

Partner (since 1992), Universal Fortuna Enterprises (d/b as Hilton Hotel at Los Angeles International Airport.)

Director and Chair of Audit Committee (since 2001), Xenos Group (a Toronto Stock Exchange publicly listed software engineering company.)

Director - Advisory Board (from 2003) for Durakit Shelters Inc. (a supplier of pre-engineered environmental building material for the construction industry and international disaster relief and mitigation.)

Investor and entrepreneur with experience in managing: an investment holding company, an investment fund, a hotel, a golf equipment retail store, and a multi-product international trading company with business activities in the export of postal handling technology & equipment, heavy machinery, air & water purification technology & equipment, sporting equipment and canned food products.

Associated companies and offices are located in: Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Shengyang and Taipei.

1982-1988:
General Manager for Asia and Pacific Region, Urban Transportation Development Corporation (Toronto), responsible for marketing and sales of a Canadian designed and manufactured urban transit equipment and system to the Asia Pacific Region.

Coordinated the corporation’s tender in: China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. Successfully sold UTDC mass transit technology to Japan and Malaysia.

1978-1980:
Built an electronics manufacturing business with factories in Taiwan and Hong Kong, which manufactured electronic products and components for multinational corporations, such as, IBM, Mattel, Atari, and Toshiba.

1972-1977:
Management/Business Consultant, Price Waterhouse & Co. (Toronto).
