The Richmond Hill & Markham Chinese Business Association [RHMCBA] was granted its Ontario provincial charter in 1993. During the past fifteen years, this non-profit organization has shown its leadership in promoting the interest and unity of the Chinese business community in the towns of Richmond Hill and Markham. The Association has developed an extremely close working relationship with the two towns and the local communities. Since its inception, the membership of RHMCBA has grown substantially over the past decade.

To stimulate active Canadian Chinese participation in the local community that will assist our members in all aspects of doing business in Richmond Hill and Markham.
Objectives
- To promote trade and investment in the towns of Richmond Hill and Markham;
- To encourage and promote the interest of the Chinese business community;
- To increase the awareness of the business communities in a dynamic economic environment and changing market trends affecting the area;
- To liaise with all levels of government with a view to achieving the economic and social well-being of the area;
- To strengthen the business connections between Canada and the Greater China Area.
